Go to www.allianzdirect.pl , www.libertydirect.pl or some else insurance firm in Poland - everywhere is a insurance calculator and check yourself. In Poland you must pay only insurance. We don't have a "rovinieta" like in Romania. Polish roads are pay free. We don't have other's taxes for a cars

Yes it's legal, but your wheels can not project a fender. Since you are from Romania ... why write that you are from Radom (Poland).
